COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Two Technologies SMT SMTNELEKR4-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hardinge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Accu-sort parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Amp product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hardinge such as the SR0011844ENAT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Model70 manufactured by Accu-sort and we are pleased to be able to service most Accu-sort systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 459666005H by Manufacturer Amp as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sick Brand CLV4312010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gvision such as TouchscreenMonitorResistive equipment made by Gvision have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gvision products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gvision" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 445LR4S0600YDB made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular VT565WA0M00 original spares produced by Esa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VPCT by Laver and TouchscreenMonitorResistive spares by Gvision are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XA02B0163C32215M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
